My order says delivered, but it is not here. What should I do?
If your order status shows as delivered but you have not received it, here are a few steps you can take:

Check with Neighbors or Household Members: Sometimes, packages are left with a neighbor or someone else at your address.

Look Around Your Property: Check all potential drop-off locations around your home, such as porches, side doors, backyards, or garages.

Verify Delivery Address: Ensure that the delivery address provided at the time of purchase is correct.

Wait a Little Longer: Occasionally, carriers may mark packages as delivered before they arrive. Please wait 24-48 hours to see if the package arrives.
If you still cannot locate your package after it is marked delivered, please file a police report for porch piracy, then a claim with the post or with Route package protection if you have added insurance on your package.
-Through Route’s Claims Website: Customers can file a claim directly at claims.route.com.
- Through the Route App: If the customer has the Route app on their iPhone or Android device, they can quickly file a claim from there.
Keep in mind that we cannot reimburse you for lost, stolen, wrong address package, the post office will be depending on the outcome of the claim. Once a package leaves our warehouse, it's in the shipping carrier's hands. Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order. We do not issue refunds for missing, stolen, or wrong address packages. It is highly recommended to add Route package protection to your order.
My order is wrong. What to do?

Can I brew my loose leaf tea more than once?
Yes, you can. We recommend brewing it up to three times. That is one of the advantages of choosing loose leaf tea.

However, to ensure safety and effectiveness, we recommend consulting with your physician before combining any herbs, especially if you are currently taking medications. This step helps verify that the products are suitable for you and won't cause interactions.
